Orders and Returns

At Orbis lighting we are didicated to customer satisfaction. If you don’t like a product you can return it within 30 days for a refund. Returned products must be in new, uninstalled condition and in the original packaging.

Once your returned product has been recieved and inspected you will recieve your refund. You are responsible for the return shipping cost of any item you return. Any expedited shipping charges you paid on the original order are non-refundable.


We cannot accept returns of:
• Products that have been clearly identified as non-returnable on the Product Details Page
• Products that are not in the original condition and packaging
• Products that have been assembled or installed
• Products with unwrapped crystals
• Products that are Made-to-Order, Custom or Special Order to your specifications
• Light Bulbs
• Discounted or Clearance merchandise
• Large quantities of the same product (6 or more)

Returns Processing

Orbis Lighting will not be responsible for issuing a refund for items that are not returned within 30 days after purchase.

Return your product in the original packaging to our company address:
Amsteldijk 278, 1079LL, Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

You may use a post/shipping company of your choice. Your refund will be issued within 30 days of your product being received and inspected.

When returning any item, please be sure to pack the product properly. We cannot provide a refund for any product received in damaged condition. If a returned product is recieved in damaged condition, we will file a claim with the shipping company. We will not provide a refund in the event that the claim is denied due to poor packaging, After holding the product for 30 days the product will be destroyed. If it is determined that the shipping company was responsible for the damage, your refund will be processed.

Orbis Lighting is not responsible for reimbursement of any labor costs or project delays that may occur due to returning a product.
