Our shipping policy is simple.

Free shipping on all orders $25+

Free Standard Shipping (3–7 business days*). Valid for shipping to countries within Europe. Oversized handling fee may apply. If your order value is less than $25, the delivery charge is $6.00. Your order may be sent on a non-trackable shipping service.

Handling and delivery time

In-stock items are usually ready to ship in 1–2 business days. Holidays & other factors can sometimes slow that down, but your estimated delivery date range at checkout will reflect any delays. Orders over $200 may be subject to customs clearance which can also cause a delay to you receiving your parcel.

Your parcel will arrive within 7 business days* (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order.

Your order may arrive anytime during the day. If you're not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier company will leave your parcel with a neighbor or leave a note if they will try to deliver again or tell you how you can collect your parcel. Deliveries are not made on public holidays, so you can expect your order to arrive the next working day.


We will email you a link to your tracking information once your parcel has left our warehouse. You can also track your order by logging into 'My Account' and viewing your most recent orders. Just click 'Track This Order' and you'll be directed to the tracking page.

*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods (including sale) deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally tech updates to our systems or force majeure events, such as extreme weather conditions, will mean that these delivery services aren’t available, or that order cut-off times need amending and/or delivery times need to be extended. However, we will always do our best to keep these temporary changes to a absolute minimum. Orbis Lighting can not be held liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.
